Return/Exchange Policy
Product changes can be accepted within 10 days of receiving your order. A basic condition for the exchange is that the jewelry is in the condition in which you receive it and that it has not been worn. Shipping costs if the product is not defective are borne by the customer. If you are able to come to the store for the exchange to take place, shipping costs are waived. The color difference between the product and the photo is not considered a defect and may be due to the lighting conditions during photography or the brightness of your screen.
